About Lapule

Because when you’re with the ones you love that’s when you are making those amazing memories and having the best of times.

I believe in cherishing those times and making new ones. The name Lapule was picked for this reason, as Lapule is a Hawaiian word for Sunday. We all love relaxing, with family and friends, and experiencing new things on Sundays.

I love to travel. Out of the many places I traveled, Hawaii was one of the most breathtaking. I started Lapule from my love of travel and my passion for capturing those perfect moments of relaxation and spending time with loved ones. My passions for travel, art, design, and exquisite fragrances shaped Lapule’s core beliefs about perfectionism and quality.

After I earned an MFA in San Francisco and traveled the world, I spent two years talking to thousands of people- all to find the best way to help people capture those special moments in their lives and make new ones.

Over those two years I worked hard with designers, perfumers, and candle lovers to find the perfect ingredients for high quality products, especially for Lapule’s first core collection. I sought to create a collection of six different scented candles to be sold directly to you. I believe in not having a middleman to be able to have a relationship with you and to deliver luxury fragrances and materials at a lower cost. Each candle in our collection is meticulously and carefully created for you to enjoy.

I believe in quality and the best ingredients in our products. I want our products to last so they can continue to be enjoyed. Our candles were carefully crafted to perfection and each unique part of our candles were specifically tested and hand-picked. Our candles are made with pure soy wax, perfect for creating the perfect atmosphere and for longer burning. Our candles come in a hand-crafted glass vessel, perfect to hold our candles and can be reused for all sorts of fun things. With our quality wax, our hand selected ingredients for our premium fragrances we help to create the best experience that is just right.
